General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) govern the terms of use of the ordering and delivery service provided by Budapest Magazines Kiadó Kft. (hereinafter: Service Provider) through the website https://eredeti-sudoku.hu.
By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these GTC.

2. Scope and amendment of the GTC
These GTC apply to orders placed on the website https://eredeti-sudoku.hu.
The Service Provider is entitled to amend these GTC unilaterally at any time. The amendment shall enter into force upon publication on the website and shall apply to orders placed after its effective date.
Orders already placed shall be governed by the GTC in force at the time the order was placed.
3. Publications and services available for order
Subscriptions to the Service Provider's sudoku publications may be ordered through the website.
The publications — Az eredeti Sudoku and Az eredeti Sudoku könyv — may be ordered for a period of 12 months. In the case of Az eredeti Sudoku, this means 6 magazines, while in the case of Az eredeti Sudoku könyv, this means 4 publications.
The subscription period starts following payment. BMK must receive payment no later than 10 working days before the date the first subscription issue appears. If payment is received after this deadline, the subscription shall start with the next upcoming publication.

4. Prices
The prices displayed on the website are indicated in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include value added tax.
The applicable price is the price displayed on the ordering page at the time the order is placed.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices. Any price change shall not affect orders already placed.
5. Order process
The Customer selects the publication they wish to order on the website and then provides the data required for fulfilling the order, in particular:
- name,
- e-mail address,
- delivery address,
- billing address,
- in the case of payment as a company, the company name and tax number as well.
Before submitting the order, the Customer reads and accepts these GTC and acknowledges the Privacy Policy.
After the order is submitted, the system generates a unique order identifier and displays the payment details on the screen.
Submitting the order creates a payment obligation.
6. Payment by bank transfer
Payment is made by bank transfer to the bank account number displayed on the confirmation screen.
The Customer is requested to indicate the order identifier in the payment reference field so that the payment can be linked to the order.
The Service Provider shall begin fulfilling the subscription after the payment has been received in its bank account.
If the payment for the order is not received in the Service Provider's bank account within 8 days from the date the order is placed, the Service Provider is entitled to cancel the order.
The Service Provider issues the invoice manually after receipt of payment and sends it to the Customer.
The website does not process bank card payments or any other online payments.
7. Fulfilment and delivery
After receipt of payment, the Service Provider delivers the publications by post to the delivery address provided by the Customer, according to the issues published during the subscription period.
The Service Provider may provide information regarding the start of fulfilment and the expected delivery via the contact details provided.
It is the Customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address that enables postal delivery.
Successful delivery is facilitated if the Customer's name is clearly displayed on the mailbox or at the delivery location.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for the consequences of an incorrectly or incompletely provided address; however, it shall cooperate with the Customer in order to resolve the issue.
8. Right of withdrawal and termination
Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), in the case of a distance contract, consumers are generally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving reasons.
Taking into account the statutory exceptions applicable to periodicals, newspapers, and magazines, the detailed rules for exercising the right of withdrawal and termination in the case of subscription contracts are set out in this section.
The Customer may withdraw from the order before the start of the subscription.
After the subscription has started, the Customer may request termination of the subscription for the remaining period in writing by contacting the Service Provider at [email protected].
The price of issues already delivered or under delivery shall not be refunded. The method of refunding the portion of the subscription fee relating to issues not yet fulfilled shall be agreed upon by the Service Provider and the Customer.
9. Complaint handling and legal remedies
The Customer may submit a complaint by e-mail to [email protected].
The Service Provider shall examine the complaint and, if it cannot be resolved immediately, shall respond in writing within 30 days at the latest.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the Customer may turn to the conciliation body competent according to their place of residence, or to the consumer protection authority.
10. Data processing
The processing of personal data provided during the order process is governed by the Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider processes the Customer's data primarily for the purpose of fulfilling the order, maintaining contact, delivery, invoicing, and complying with legal obligations.
Marketing communications shall be sent to the Customer on the basis of the Customer's consent.
Providing consent for marketing purposes is not a condition for placing an order. The consent may be withdrawn at any time, free of charge and without giving reasons, by contacting [email protected] or through the unsubscribe option included in marketing e-mails.
11. Final provisions
Matters not regulated in these GTC shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular by the Hungarian Civil Code and Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.).
